No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.

Unclaimed Packages & Late Pickups

  • If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed or picked up on time, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it resent.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or failure to retrieve your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any additional fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enydroco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
